Returns & exchange

Pieces may be exchanged, or returned for store credit, within seven days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, and carry their original tags.

We do not refund to the original payment method. We make in small runs and a refund takes a piece out of circulation that someone else was waiting for.

Sale pieces and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items are a separate matter entirely: tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace the piece or refund you in full, including shipping.

TODO: Kritika to confirm this policy before launch. A stricter faulty-only policy suppresses returns but also suppresses conversion (plan.md §11.5).
